Unlike heavily processed flour, fresh-milled flour retains the bran, germ, and natural oils, which are packed with fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Our artisan sourdough bread is carefully crafted through a long fermentation process, allowing the dough to naturally develop flavor while making it easier to digest. This slow fermentation can help improve nutrient absorption, support gut health, and lower the bread’s glycemic impact compared to conventional breads.
